PRAK-SHASTRI (Intermediate)


Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan follows the NCERT syllabi for Prak-Shastri course. The duration of the course is two academic years. The selection of the candidates is made through internal entrance test which is conducted by the Admission Committee of the campus. Admissions are done every year in the months of June and July. There is a provision for Annual Examination system for the Prak-Shastri Course in which Prak-Shastri Ist year students undergo internal examination and Prak-Shastri IInd year students the Board Examinations.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission:

Pass in SSC/Matric from a recognised education board with Sanskrit as one of the subjects or any other equivalent examniation recognised by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan. Those who have passed SSC/Matric without Sanskrit may also be considered for admission based on the written / oral test by competent authority. Minimum age of the candidate is 15 years.
